5. Project Terms

For specific projects undertaken by ARK TREE LLP:

• Project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a separate project agreement
• Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments
• Client is responsible for providing necessary resources, information, and approvals in a timely manner
• Delays caused by client may impact project timeline and costs

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements or invoices
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
• All taxes applicable will be added to the invoice amount

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of the business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ARK TREE LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARK TREE LLP and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
